Probably if you’re here you are a friend or a friend of a friend: thank you for your time ❤️ I'm starting to host dinners at my home (with Paty's approval 😜).

I'm excited to share my passion with you by turning what I've loved doing for years, cooking for you, into something more.

This simple website explains how everything works, showcases some dishes I've prepared, and presents a menu I've designed for these gatherings.

Menu

Italian dinner with traditional Sicilian key dishes*****, using Portuguese local ingredients and sometimes imported Italian ingredients (ex: tomato sauce, ricotta salata cheese).

The links send you either to pictures of my dishes, either to external websites so you get the idea of what’s the food. For special dishes, key ingredients in parenthesis.

If you wish anything else that is not listed, I’m happy to try it out and adjust the menu.

The food will be served in the middle of the table and then guests will help themselves with portions and amounts.

Take into account that:

• Main courses are vegetarian, and there are two items listed in the aperitivo that are not, but that’s easily fixable.
• I am not ready yet to provide a vegan menu, but I hope with some experience I’ll be able to.
